TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand is an unsupervised playground and parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. We do not accept the responsibility for the supervision of children.
Parents/guardians should note that while every consideration has been given to the safety of children using the playground equipment, TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand will not be held responsible for accidents, which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment or in the centre.
There must be a ratio of no more than 5 children to every adult.
TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand strives to be a nut-free facility and you are permitted to bring outside food, however any foods containing nuts or nut by-products will not be permitted.
Everyone is required to eat and in the party room area. No foods, drinks, gum, candy, loot bags, pinatas, paints…are allowed on the carpeted areas.
Socks are mandatory for all guests. Absolutely no shoes or bare feet are allowed in the party room or the playground area.
There are hand sanitizers located in the party room, playground centre and outside the bathroom. Kindly use these sanitizers when entering and exiting the playground.
Groups of any size are welcome to come during our public play hours. Celebrations must be booked and reserved in advance. We classify celebrations as a gathering that may include one or all of the following: (a) bringing gifts or loot bags (b) serving of cake, cupcake, delivered pizza or catered foods; and (c) decorations of any kind. TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand reserves the right to charge $15.00+tax admission fee for each child or the right to deny access out of respect to those already participating in public play or reserved organized events.
Scheduled groups of 10 or more, such as, daycares and schools, receive a discount when you reserve a play date with TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand.
TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand reserves the right to ask anyone to leave should they not adhere to our Rules, behave appropriately, or use appropriate language.
TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand asks guests to report any accidents, no matter how minor, before leaving the play centre. These will be logged and are important part of our ongoing safety procedures.
