best place ever

Hi, after looking into alot of other places and prices i had to say this one was our pick and we were NOT disappointed at all. I dont live to close and there are other playground just right down the street from me but because of the uncleaniess and prices i choose to go further out and have my party at TImbuktu> Kids loved it and the party area is great and so spacious....love it

Great Service!

We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday. We would totally recommend TimBuktu to all parents as the best indoor playground we ever had birthday parties. Great service and very clean place. Valerie and Ashley took care of setting up and serving food/cake at a scheduled time that we were able to relax watching kids and socialize with other parents. Thank you, Valerie and Ashley again for making the day so organized and smooth!!!

Great Party - Feb 10, 2013

We chose Timbuktu to celebrate our boys' 2nd birthday, and we were not disappointed! The space is well designed, with the playground separated from the eating area. The playground is wide enough, so parents can keep an eye out on the little ones without having to follow them constantly and a variety of equipment and toys for kids in all age groups. Even my 8 year old nephew loved the air hockey and fooseball tables! VERY VERY CLEAN!
Valerie was very professional, helpful and friendly. They took care of our party from beginning to end - so we had time to enjoy watching our kids play and chat with the other parents. Highly recommend Timbuktu to everyone.

I would recommend Timbuktu to all parents that are looking for a place to have a childs party! Very professional, clean and friendly environment. Valerie and her staff are amazing! They do everything, which leaves the parents stress free. Most important of all the kids have so much fun!!! I will definitely be back again :)

Thanks for a great party!! Our experience at Timbuktu for my son's 3rd birthday was so relaxing!! The place was so clean, they had play equipment for a variety of ages, it was safe & fun. Valerie & Rhonda took care of everything! Thanks for making Eddie feel so special!

Amazing Place for Kids Parties

KI had my son\'s 4th Birthday party at Timbuktu. I have to say that everything was taken care of from begining to end. Valerie made the party stress free and helped out with everything. She was also very understanding with my child who is Autistic. Loved the fact that you have the whole party place just for your party and all the space that comes with it. The children had an amazing time and my son couldn\'t get enough. Valerie I just want to say THANK YOU for everything and I am definatley having my other sons birthday here as well. You really made it stress free :) Thanks Timbuktu!

We strongly recommend TimBUKtu Indoor PlayLand as a place for children to have a great party and lots of fun. Our daughter had two birthdays there and we know we’ll be coming back to this place again. It is clean, specious, with high ceilings, and it has a lot to offer for six years old kids as well as infants. Valerie (the owner of TimBUKtu) is very friendly, well organized and very practical during the event. She helps during the party and makes sure that everything goes smoothly and without interruption, and the guests (including parents) have a great time. You can bring your own food and watch children having fun while eating. Valerie’s friendly and warm personality contributes to an amazing atmosphere at TimBUKtu. If you want to have a private party, this is the place to go because it doesn’t share any rooms with other birthdays and there are no other parties during the same time. Your party is the only party there. We loved our experience at TimBUKtu.

I GIVE TIMBUKTU A 6/5. VALERIE AND HER STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL, CALM AND ATTENTIVE. I RECEIVED A LOT OF SUPPORT FROM THEM, VERY ACCOMODATING AND APPROACHABLE. NO STRESS FOR ME WHATSOEVER. THEY WILL ASSIST FROM PUTTING FOOD OUT, SERVING AND CLEANING UP...... IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE PLACE AND STAFF ARE GREAT AND VERY CLEAN.

Great 2nd Birthday Party!!

We recently celebrated our son's 2nd birthday at Timbuktu, and we are so happy we chose to have it there. At our first visit, Valerie was extremely welcoming, showed us all around the facility and answered all our questions. Our son was playing during the tour and didn't want to leave, so Valerie kindly offered him a balloon and he was absolutely thrilled! This was a big thumbs up in my book. The day of the party, EVERYTHING was set up for us, and all we had to do was plop our food down! My husband and I were actually able to enjoy the party! We were able to mingle with our guests and we even had time to play with the kids who all had a blast! Valerie kept on top of everything from the food, the cake, the loot bags and even the cleanup! It was perfect! We hope to be back real soon. I highly recommend Timbuktu for a birthday party! Valerie, you were fantastic!!

Recently booked my daughter's 5th birthday party at Timbuktu after reading about them in Today's Parent. Organized the whole party over the phone in advance. Valerie and her staff could not have been more helpful in setting and cleaning up, taking care of the kids, keeping us on track timewise and making sure everyone had fun. Kids were aged 2-8 and there was something fun for everyone. Lots of room and seating for adults too. The kids loved picking out their own loot bags! Plan to return for my son's birthday in the future.

Awesome 1st Birthday!!!

I want to thank Valerie and staff for such a great party. Lexi had a great time and the staff was phenomenal. The place is equipped for an all ages party and even the 11 year old had a blast. I received emails from the parents giving me such a great feedback. I would definitely recommend this place, your kids would love it! I would definitely come back! :)

Amazing 5th birthday party

My daughter just had a party for her 5th birthday at Timbuktu. It was our first time there and I must say that everyone had fun. We were impressed with Valerie and the way she made sure everything was perfect for the party. My husband and I had time to relax and enjoy the company of our guests, while the kids had fun playing and running around. Thank you so much for an unforgettable afternoon.
