Arja Balance Body and Soul Nutrition
Did you know that your child may suffer from an intolerance to certain foods that a blood test at the doctor’s office won’t pick up on? Blood tests look for certain protein markers that show up in a relatively short period of time, but you or your child may actually have a reaction that doesn’t show up for hours, or even days later. Join us as we explore the difference between allergy and intolerance, what symptoms to look for, and simple things you can do to help determine what it is that your child is reacting to.
Arja is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and the proud mama of a busy 2 year old. It’s no easy feat to try and balance taking care of a child, working, trying to feed your family healthy meals, and still have a moment to spare for yourself. Good nutrition is the foundation for keeping a family healthy and happy.
Arja is passionate about good food and good health. She believes that enthusiasm, vitality, and peace of mind are just as important as nutrition to overall health and well-being. Arja teaches her clients to regain control of their own health by showing them how simple whole foods, herbs and supplements can bring the body and mind back into balance.
