I have booked my party and wondered where can I find additional information? Answer: Well, you are in the right place, but if you don’t find your answer here, be sure to review the party agreement prior to giving us a call.
How far in advance do I need to book my party? Answer: Saturday and Sunday times slots are most popular dates, so we recommend that you reserve your party date at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
How many adults can attend my party?
Answer: Our packages are designed for 30 adults. Addtional adults are $10.00+hst per person.
What is your maximum capacity? Answer: You may have a maximum of 60 persons for your party, including infants.
What is the seating arrangement like at TimBUKtu? For adults - two 6′ foot tables for food and 12 chairs.
For children - tables and chairs to accomodate up to 24.
For infants – 2 high chairs.
Can I bring my own food? Answer: Yes. However, our restrictions are NO nuts, NO freezies, NO icecream, NO popcorn, NO shelled-fish, NO strong odoured foods. We reserve the right to deny any foods so please call in for approval if you are unsure.
Are themes offered? Answer: Currently, we only have themed foil balloons. The latex balloons, cutlery, table cloths and plates that are included in your package are generic colours.
Can I bring decorations? Answer: Yes you can! Although we have supplied you with a bright and colourful room, you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations. These decorations can be placed on our magnetic wall which is directly behind the birthday child’s seat. No decorations can be adhered to the walls.
Can I bring Pinatas? Answer: Yes, however, please call in for restrictions.
Can I bring in my own loot bags? Answer: Yes, loot bags are to be distributed to children as they are exiting the facility. This is to ensure that all small (choking hazardous) items do not make their way into the playground.
How early can I arrive for my party? Answer: Your party host will have your room ready with complementary coffee/tea and tablecloth along with any other items that are included in your party package. So long as staff is ready (the establishment is clean and safe), we allow up to 10 minutes prior to the start time of your party for extra set-up. This includes arranging your additional decorations and or food.
How much time is there for clean-up? Answer: Depending on the size of your party and to prevent your party from running over the agreed time, your host may start packing up some of your items as early as 25 minutes before the end of your party. You are required to place all of your items (food, gifts, decorations…) in your car and the clean-up is left for your host. We are here to provide you a stress-free party, therefore clean-up is on us.
Can I purchase Extra time? Answer: Yes. Extra time is dependent on availability and it is strongly suggest that you book this time when you reserve your party date in order to avoid disappointment. Extra time is $25.00+hst/15 minute intervals.
